It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sara Frances Edwards of McDonough, Georgia, who passed away on January 15, 2025, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Sara Frances leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She is survived by: her children, Lynn Thompson, Gail Stevens (Fred) and Ed Edwards (Dana). She is also survived by four grandsons, one great grandson and two great granddaughters.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Cannon Cleveland Funeral Directors (2580 GA-42, McDonough, GA 30253). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
