We are sad to announce that on May 19, 2023, at the age of 85, Sammy Hunt of McDonough, Georgia, born in Commerce, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Ollie Samuel; her husband Kirby Gerald Hunt; her grandson Chris Hunt; and her siblings, Eloise Benton, Bobby Benton and Charlotte Benton.
She is survived by: her children, Lynn Adams (Danny), Martha Bowles (Jerry), Gerald Hunt and Terry Hunt. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 37 great grandchildren.
Contributions are asked to be made to the Bethany Baptist Church Building Fund in memory of Mrs. Hunt.
