He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Anne Carr (Akins). He is survived by: his father Ronnie C Carr of Moultrie, GA; and his siblings, Jeffrey Dorton (Christina) of McKinney, TX and Stephanie "Jette" Moss (Kelly) of Cox's Creek, KY. He is also survived by many cousins and other family members.
