He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha Milligan and Ray Lamar Biggers, Sr.. He is survived by: his sisters, Kristi Smith (Nathan) of Miami, FL and Nancy Van Pelt (Jerry) of Barnesville, GA. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Ford-Stewart Funeral Home (2047 Hwy 138 SE, Jonesboro, GA 30236). A memorial service was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made to the ASPCA or your local Humane Society.
