He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha Milligan and Ray Lamar Biggers, Sr.. He is survived by: his sisters, Kristi Smith (Nathan) of Miami, FL and Nancy Van Pelt (Jerry) of Barnesville, GA. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins.
