Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mixon Town Chapel of Q. L. Douglas Funeral Home (2403 Edison Ave, Jacksonville, FL 32204). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 7th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Deliverance Church of Our Lord Jesus Christ (5504 Brooklyn Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32209).
