She was predeceased by: her parents, Duell Kuglar and Alice Kuglar; her former husband Herman Cook; her siblings, Guynn Kuglar and Evelyn Kuglar; and her siblings-in-law, Sarah Kuglar, Donald Ginn and Jim Waugh.
She is survived by: her husband Freddie Waguespack; her sister Sara Anne Waugh; and her stepchildren, Kevin Cook (Julie), Brenda Middleton (Wallace), Daniel, David and Damon Waguespack. She is also survived by five nieces, one nephew, seven grandchildren, and seventeen great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Haisten Funerals & Cremations (1745 S Zack Hinton Pkwy, McDonough, GA 30253). A celebration of life was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Haisten Chapel (1745 S Zack Hinton Pkwy, McDonough, GA 30253).
