She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Miller Collum and Helen Virginia McCune Collum; and her brothers, Eugene Collum and Miller Collum. She is survived by: her husband William Michael Barr; and her children, Phil Jeffares (Debby Jones), Steve Jeffares (Debbie Armstrong), Michael Barr (Hope) and Virginia Barr Allen (Paul). She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and their spouses.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Mt. Bethel United Methodist Church in her honor.
