She was predeceased by: her parents, John Harold Patrick and Mary Frances Hill Patrick; her husband James Robert Tullis; and her brothers, Roger Patrick and Spencer Patrick.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony, Tiffany Tullis, Amanda and Kris Dawkins; her grandchildren, Kody Dawkins, Emma Tullis, Isabella Tullis, Wade Dawkins and Katie Beth Dawkins; her brother Barry; and her sisters-in-law, Debbie Patrick and Wanda Patrick. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
