He was predeceased by: his parents, Dallas Thurman Crotts and Margaret Elizabeth Crotts. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his son Caleb of Covington; his daughter-in-law Kerri; his grandchildren, Carson, Caeden, Rylee and Axton; his brother Dex T. Crotts of Atlanta; his sister-in-law Ann; his nephew Alan Crotts; his daughter-in-law Rosemary; and his granddaughters-in-law, Diana and Sarah. He is also survived by Nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.
