She was predeceased by: her husband Ray Lamar Biggers, Sr.; her parents, Lonnie Columbus and Era Evelyn Milligan (Butler); and her brothers, Roland "Bud" Milligan, James "Jim" Milligan and Larry Milligan.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Van Pelt (Jerry) of Stockbridge, Ray "Skip" Biggers, Jr. of McDonough and Kristi Smith (Nathan) of Mirimar, FL; and her grandchildren, Jerry Van Pelt, Jr., Philip Van Pelt, Natalie Young and Jonathan Smith. She is also survived by spouses, 6 great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews and extended family.
