She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Carson Hammock and Ruby Crumbley Hammock; and her siblings, Hazel Gardner, Bob Hammock, Mary Jo Leverette, Ann Gardner, Bill Hammock, Jimmy Hammock and Larry Hammock.
She is survived by: her husband Ed; her daughter Ann Bertschin (Wallace) of Eatonton, Georgia; her grandchildren, Hailee Prator (Cory) of Jackson, Lance Herring of McDonough, Brice Bertschin of Myrtle Beach, Jordan Hovers (Jeremy) of Stockbridge and Andi Bertschin of Eatonton, Georgia; and her great grandchildren, Hadlee Ann Prator and Barrett Prator. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
