He was predeceased by: his parents, Levy Spivey (Lessie Jones Bradley) and Lessie Jones Spivey; his stepfather Enoch Bradley (Lessie Jones Bradley); and his sister Retha Spivey Standard. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jacquelyn Clements Spivey; his children, Sherry Scott (Terrell) of McDonough, John Spivey (Nancy) of Forsyth, Brad Spivey (Tina) of Barnesville and Dr. Mark Spivey (Tonya) of Savannah, Georgia.; his grandchildren, Terrell Scott, Darryl Levy Scott, Peaches Osborne, Dr. John Casey Spivey, Autumn Ayer, Ashley Thompson, Dalton Spivey, Stone Spivey and Hollyann Spivey; and his brothers, Jesse Bradley (Marsha) and Jerry Bradley (Linda).
