He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Eugene Meade and Carrie Magdalene Hartsock Meade. He is survived by: his wife Paulette Dougherty Meade; his children, Williams Scott Meade II, Angelique Nichole Meade and Todd Jordan Meade; his grandchildren, Anna Rose Meade and Oliver Nathan Meade; and his siblings, Debbie Sue Meade, Billie Joe Gilliam (Penman Gilliam) and Ricky Darrell Meade (Andrea Meade). He is also survived by extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Glen Haven Baptist Church Building Fund in Larry's memory, continuing his legacy of generosity.
