He is survived by: his children, Patty Bender (John), Jeff Kinard, Michael Kinard, Ashley Lynn (Colt), Ricky Chandler, Chris Cates and Rambo; his grandchildren, Dylan, Jayden, Coley, Case, Ricky, Chad, Tracey and Andrew; and his sister Jackie Kennedy (Marion). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and extended family.
