He is survived by: his wife Ann Warwick; his children, David Warwick (Christine) of McDonough and Donna Burkett (Bobby) of Sagle; his sister Joan Boozer (Ronnie) of Rex; his grandchildren, Joshua Warwick (Alicia) of Collins, GA., Olivia Perez (Jake) of Locust Grove, Nicholas Warwick (Cristelle) of McDonough, Ryan Burkett of Macon and Lauren Villarreal (Carlo) of Spokane, WA; and his great grandchildren, Grace Warwick, Amelia Warwick, Colton Perez and Luciana Perez.
