She was predeceased by: her husband Elzie Leigh Howard; and her daughter Joyce Bailey. She is survived by: her daughters, Irma Tyler (Rogers) and Alma Jones; her son-in-law Maurice Bailey; her sister Ethel B (, DC); her grandchildren, Leticia Murphy, Amelia Henry, Brandon Brown and Cameron Murphy; and her great great grandchild Devlin Dawson. She is also survived by many relatives and friends.
