She was predeceased by: her parents, Gratt Duncan and Della Duncan; her husband Dale Bower; her sons, Kenneth and Greg; and her siblings, Norma Hurst and Harry Duncan.

She is survived by: her brother James Duncan; her daughter Robin Bower Williams; her grandchildren, Stephanie Giafaglione, Gregory Bower, Joshua Williams, Brittany Williams, Courtney Bianco and Cole Williams; and her great grandchildren, Isabella Giafaglione, Regan Ferguson-Williams, Hunter Giafaglione, Jackson Willliams, Sofia Giafaglione, Dalton Rees and Brooks Bianco.
