He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Mullins and Lenora "Mo" Mullins; his wife Gail Mullins; and his brother Edgar. He is survived by: his sisters, Joyce James of Conyers and Jan; his brother-in-law Bobby Gassmann of Pine Mountain; his son Brian; his daughter-in-law Mandy Mullins of Gainesville; his son Chad; his daughter-in-law Lauri Mullins of Stockbridge; his daughter Lendy; and his son-in-law Chris Boozer of Lawrenceville. He is also survived by 9 grandkids.
