She was predeceased by: her parents, Stonie Matthew Shields and Lillie M. Bower Shields; her husband Carl Dean Kenon, Sr.; and her siblings, Ruth Shields Ellenberg, Samuel Sylvester Shields, Elmer Matthew Shields and Dean Shields.
She is survived by: her sons, Chuck Kenon (Marcia) and Carl D. Kenon, Jr. (Terrie); her grandchildren, Matthew Kenon (Ali), Jessica Kenon, Kristen Dover (Jordan) and Wesley Kenon (Lacy); her great grandchildren, Declan, Dylan, Della, Stone, Dallas, Ronan, Lily and Hunter; and her sister Vivian Moll (Robert). She is also survived by sister-in-law, Barbara Shields; several extended family.
