She was predeceased by: her husband James H. Compton (Jessie); her daughter Pam; her son-in-law Walter Weeks; and her brother Jackie R. Gober. She is survived by: her son Larry; her daughter-in-law Judy Compton of Conyers; her daughters, Shirley (Billy Pierce) and Patti Chriswell of McDonough; her grandchildren, Ginny, Marshall, Alison (Allan), Kristi (Nick), Hunter, Nick, Jeremy (Alana), Jake (Bekkah) and Josh (Tesia); and her siblings, Louise Hogan and Bob Gober. She is also survived by 15 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews, and close friends.
