She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis M. Crowhorn and Doris Mae Crowhorn (Reed); her husband Clinton H. Mills; her son Clinton W. T. Mills, Sr.; her siblings, Judith Ann Mirth, John Wayne Crowhorn and Raymond Crowhorn; and her grandson Michael Mills.
She is survived by: her children, James C. Mills, Sr. and Mikiail Crowhorn Mills, Sr. (Fatimah Jones-Mills); her siblings, James "Jimmy" Crowhorn and Patricia Lee Williams; her grandchildren, Tynetta, Shakia, Clinton Jr., Jania, James Jr., Kyaire, Dymere, Niara, Mikiail Jr., Milayia, Kyla and Amir; and her great grandchildren, Jah'mere and Mauri. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
