She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude R. White and Ethel Humphrie White; her husband Jimmy Lee Brooks; her daughter Janice Brooks Childers; and her grandson Bryan Ashley Brooks.
She is survived by: her son Jimmy Lee Brooks, Jr. (Rocky); her grandsons, Daniel Brooks (Ashley), Joshua Childers (Lauren) and Shiloh Brooks; her great grandchildren, Aubrey Brooks, Avery Brooks, Michael Childers, Mason Childers and Myles Childers; and her sister Naomi Gulledge. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
