He is survived by: his wife Linda Joyce DeSha Simpson; his children, Lamarr Eddings Jr., Lynette Dorsey and Stacy Kilgore (Geoff); his grandchildren, Lindsey Robertson (Michael Moore), Megan Parker (Scott), Taylor Mitcham, Matthew Mitcham, Evan Cooper, Harrison Cooper (Daniela), Anna Sellers (Justin), Jack Kilgore (Kendall) and Melanie Kilgore; his great grandchildren, Skyler, Chandler, Kassie, Avaleigh, Mattingly and Elly; and his siblings, Kay Haynes (Katherine), David Simpson and Jimmy Simpson. He is also survived by his children and grandchildren.
