With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Cynthia Velma Arnold (McDonough, Georgia), who passed away on February 1, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William J. Hilley and Estelle V. Hilley; her husband James D. Arnold; her siblings, Barbara Ann Angel and William J. Hilley Jr.; her grandson Justin Mitchell; her niece Jenna Hilley; and her son-in-law John W. Rouse.

She is survived by: her daughters, Melanie R. Gibson (Michael), Lora Leigh Rouse and Kimberly A. Young (Rickie); her grandchildren, James Patrick Ryan Mitchell, Georgia Rouse, Christopher S. Sweatt (Tarrah), Jacob Gibson, Jamie Gibson and Makaila Clark; her sister-in-law Judy Hilley; and her cousin Marjorie Almond.
