He was predeceased by: his siblings, Harry Wiggins, Vern Wiggins, Jerry Wiggins, Hazel Waltman, Parklyn Lewis and Joseph Wiggins.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Wiggins; his children, Tracey Conkey (Trevor) of Newnan and Scott Wiggins (Tammy) of Hampton; his grandchildren, Hailey Carr (Tim), Bryce Wiggins, McKenna Wiggins, Aerleigh Wiggins, Brittni Ward (Hank), Tyler Lane and Chris Martin (Kristen); his great grandchildren, Tucker Ward, Tanner Ward, Beau Lane, Cooper Martin and J. J. Martin; and his brother Donald Andrews Wiggins of Madison. He is also survived by many adopted children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.
