She was predeceased by: her parents, William Counts and Geneva Counts; her husband Toby Collins; her son Buck Collins; her grandson Robbie Johnson; and her siblings, Ruby Beard, John Willie, George, Garnett of Horace, T. W. and Henry Counts.

She is survived by: her children, Peggy Berry Kobes, Grace Eaton, Patsy Blackwell (Garland), Virginia Cobb, Marie Williamson (Mike), Chip Collins (Vicki) and Sara Cowell (Eddie). She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 32 great grandchildren, and 18 great great grandchildren.
