With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carole Thompson of McDonough, Georgia, who passed away on May 22, 2023 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lena Bosarge and Eddie Bosarge; her husband James L. Thompson; her siblings, Harold Bosarge and Nilmarge Bosarge; and her sons, Ebbie Leron Zirlott and Dwayne Orin Zirlott.

She is survived by: her sisters, Elaine Guillotte and Diane Dickinson; her daughters, Jamie Thompson Lossie of McDonough, GA and Avis Zirlott Hester of Watkinsville, GA; and her grandchildren, Nathan Hester, Cassie Hester, Micah Hester, Westley Hester, Luke Hester, Riley Hester, Emmalee Zirlott and Alexander Lossie. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren and multiple nieces and nephews.
