Byron Patterson Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 20, 2023, at the age of 88, Byron Patterson of McDonough, Georgia, born in Hampton, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Wesley and Lizzie Mae Coker Patterson; his son Brian Anthony Patterson; and his siblings, Jesse Patterson (Pat), Etta Brooks, Mildred Edge, Dot Morris, Mable Rawls, John Patterson and Edward Patterson.

He is survived by: his wife Peggy Moore Patterson; his daughter Paula; his son-in-law Brannon Underwood of Moultrie, GA; his grandsons, Dillon Underwood (Tiffany Little) and Ridge (Christine Underwood); his great grandchildren, Knox and Jace; and his brothers, Travis Patterson of McDonough, GA and Joe (Jane Patterson) of McDonough, GA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
