She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edward Powell and Madelyn Schlatterer Powell; her son Eugene H. Chambers, Sr. (Susan); and her half-sister Eleanor Jayne Reitz. She is survived by: her brother Edward Powell (Sally) of Orange Park, Florida; her grandchildren, Jason Tyler "JT" Chambers of Tuscaloosa, Alabama and Sheridan Chambers O'Brien (Chris); her great grandchild Eloise "Ellie" O'Brien of Odenville, Alabama; her daughter Ellen Chambers Littleton (Larry) of Eatonton, Georgia; her grandson Patrick Lee Littleton (Allison); her stepgreat-grandson Braxton of McDonough, Georgia; and her sister-in-law Sara Lou Chambers Casson of Easton, MD.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
