She was predeceased by: her parents, James Charlie Dunn and Bertha Mae Huffman Dunn; her husband James N. Thomas; and her siblings, James C. "Buzz" Dunn Jr., Barbara Mullis and Gene Dunn.
She is survived by: her children, Andrew Thomas, Missy Spence and Beverly Volz; her grandchildren, Brady Spence, Ansley Spence, Blake Spence and Kim Ellis (Rick); her great grandchildren, Matt and Sophia Ellis; and her brother William "Bill" Dunn (Tina). She is also survived by 9 nieces and nephews.
