Dorothy Elizabeth Reece Obituary

We are sad to announce that on July 27, 2021, at the age of 93, Dorothy Elizabeth Reece of McCaysville, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Aaron Stanley, Sr. and Lula Ann Turner Stanley; her husband William Howard Reece, Sr.; her siblings, William "Billy" Stanley and Peggy Stanley; and her cousin Louise Baugh Kennedy (Kathleen Arp).

She is survived by: her children, Mary Alice Walker of McCaysville, Ronald Stephen Reece (Janine) of Canton and Buck Reece (Donna) of Blue Ridge; her grandchildren, Brian Walker (Karen) of Prosper, TX, Sarah Walker (Martin Thomas) of Mineral Bluff, Chad Reece (Amanda) of Blue Ridge, Cristy Woody (Jason) of McCaysville, Aaron Reece (Morgan) of Soddy-Daisy, TN, Emily Reece Cobb (Brandon) of Douglasville, GA and Elizabeth Reece of Kennesaw, GA.; and her great grandchildren, Reece Walker, Nathan Walker, C. J. Reece, Cayden Reece, Carlee Reece, Cam Reece, Grayson Woody, Georgia Reece, Alex Cobb and Liam Cobb.
