She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry C. Ingram and Agnes Parr Ingram Swain; her husband William Sampson Austin; and her siblings, Juel, Jack Ingram, Louise Carey and Johnnie Pace.

She is survived by: her children, Wanda Austin Smith of Maysville, Pam Austin Keefe (Thomas Gunnels) of Maysville and Ken Austin (Jane) of Commerce; and her grandchildren, Eli, Janet Carlan of Commerce, Tori, Joey Henry of Maysville, Nicole, Nathaniel Edwards of Nicholson and Brandy Austin of Tuscon, AZ. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren, and two great great grandchildren.
