She is survived by: her children, Billy Wayne Starnes (Emy) of Niceville, FL, Sylvia Stewart (Jim) of Auburn and Jerry Hunter (Natasha) of Crestview, FL; her siblings, Antonio Voortmans of Texas, Wilhelmina Forringer of Marian, NC and Alexander Voortmans of Charlotte, NC; and her grandchildren, Mark Starnes, David Starnes, Nicole Hunter, Chase Hunter, Hilary Dorsey and Ally Stewart. She is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
