He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Gowder and Lila Mae Scroggs Gowder; and his siblings, Calvin Bolton and Geneva Savage. He is survived by: his siblings, Jerry Gowder, Thomas Bolton, Wilda Brock, Debra Strickland and Ann Osgood.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Ivie Funeral Home (1053 S Elm St, Commerce, GA 30529). A memorial service was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 at 3:00 PM and from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the same location.
