He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Lumpkin and Joetta Lumpkin. He is survived by: his wife Lisa Fuller of Mauk, GA; his children, Joseph Lumpkin (Haley) of Demorest, GA, Wesley Lumpkin of Ball Park, GA, Daisy Garren (Tristan) of Beaufort, SC and Amber Smith (Alex) of Panama City, FL; his sister Shawna Tucker (Joe) of Manchester, GA; and his grandchildren, Grayson Lumpkin, Bentley Lumpkin, Stormy Smith, River Smith and Joetta Garren.
