It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn Stubbs of Mauk, Georgia, born in Buena Vista, Georgia, who passed away on March 31, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Murray and Lucile Dabbs Welch; her husband Lenard Stubbs; her children, Eddie Stubbs and Judy Williams; and her great grandchild Jakob Stubbs.
She is survived by: her children, Roland Stubbs (Deborah) of Oglethorpe, GA, Angie Ellis (Marc) of Ellaville, GA, Juanita Lane (Heath Williams) of Fortson, GA, Peggy Golden (Clayton Moore) of Box Springs, GA, Jennifer Moschella (Steve) of Box Springs, GA and Lenard Stubbs, Jr. (Robin) of Mauk, GA; and her siblings, Charles Welch of Buena Vista, GA, Betty Edgington (Dwight) of Xenia, IL and Frances Daniel of Mauk, GA. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; and her special friend.
