He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert D. Brown and Alma McCardel Brown; and his siblings, Joseph D. Brown Sr. and Mary Allene Brown Gallops. He is survived by: his great-nephews, Kirk Brown, Matthew Brown and Rob Brown; his nephew Dan Maddox; his friend Mark McCallister; his wife Joyce Watson Brown; his nephew Joe (Annette Brown); his daughter Joyce; his great-nephew Tucker Addison Maddox; his great-niece Georgia Mabel Maddox; and also, Louise, Joyce and Big Gene. He is also survived by Numerous nieces, nephews and extended family with a multitude of dear friends.
