It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Buck Childers of Mauk, Georgia, who passed away on May 28, 2023, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Childers and Ruby Harper Childers; his siblings, Jeanette Turner, Frances Harmon, Mary Ann Garner and Earl Childers; and his grandson Justin Greg Childers.
He is survived by: his children, Bruce Childers (Donna) of Helena, AL and Tracy Currington (Greg) of Butler; his sisters, Louise Bone of Perry and Jewel Turner of Roberta; and his close friend Laura Ellinwood of Mauk. He is also survived by four grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews.
