She is survived by: her mother Erma Imogene Harris; her husband James David Treadwell of Mauk, GA; her children, Jeremy David Treadwell, Jesse Bo Treadwell and Jamie Deann Treadwell of Mauk, GA; her brother Bill; her sister-in-law Barb Harris; her sister Sharon of Kentucky; her brother-in-law David Northcutt of Kentucky; and her grandchildren, Joshua Treadwell, Jozlyn Treadwell, Juliana Alexander and James Brantley Treadwell.
