With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Larry Mack Holbert (Matthews, Georgia), who passed away on March 17, 2024 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ethel Irene Miller Holbert and James Holbert; and his siblings, Edward Holbert, Helen Boyd, Hazel Black, Gale Holbert, Dewey Holbert and Jim Holbert.

He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Sellers Holbert; his children, Mack Holbert Jr. (Holley), Johnnie Simmons Jr. and Cynthia Berry (David); his grandchildren, Luke Aiden Holbert, Amanda Dawson (Justin Nettles), Coty Dawson (Lyndsie) and Selena Dixon; and his siblings, Sam Holbert (Marty) and Betty Fulmer. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other extended family members, and friends.
