He was predeceased by: his parents, James W. Walden and Nell Barrow Walden; and his former wife Karen Haire Walden. He is survived by: his wife LuAnne Bostic Walden; his children, Jennifer, Timmy Chance, Laice Walden (Bert Barrow), Barrow and Amanda Walden; his grandchildren, Nathan Chance, Rachel Chance (Joe Spivey), Blythe Rodgers, Luke Rodgers, Bethany Rodgers, Rebekah Chance, Caleb Newman, Jacob Newman, Lydia Newman, Bree Walden and Treb Walden; his great grandchild Ava Rae Neal; his sister Lynn Walden Williams; and his friends, Jeb Barrow, David Bryant, Sam Pennington, Alan Rabun, Charles Stewart and Ronnie Templeton. He is also survived by numerous in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews.
