He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent F. Smith and Nora Meire Smith; and his wife Mildred Ivey Smith. He is survived by: his sons, Neil Smith and Carl Smith (Donna); his grandchildren, Chris Smith (Rebecca), Elizabeth Smith Clark (Josh) and Tracy Howe (John); and his great grandchildren, Kylee of Hayley, C. J., Joshua, Connor and Cassidy.
