He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Lewallen and Juanita Chambers Lewallen. He is survived by: his wife Susan "Inez" Lewallen of Martin, GA; his children, Jennifer Cox, Elisha Harden, Keisha Cantonberry, Riley Cantonberry and R. J Wilson; his siblings, William "Tommy" Lewallen, Belinda Davis, Carla Autry, Karen Ramey, Renee Lowery and Dawn Duvall; and his close friends, Jack Watkins, Dale Cheek, Wanda Sheriff, Thomas Looney and Charlotte Grizzle. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to help with funeral expenses.
