It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Blackwell of Martin, Georgia, who passed away on July 14, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his daughter Tiffany Blackwell; and his siblings, Ricky Blackwell and Mary Ramsey. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
