He was predeceased by: his parents, J. T. Williams and Tommie Holcomb Williams; his daughter Rene Nichols; and his brothers, Claudell Williams, Donald Williams and Jackson Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Sonja Wooten Williams; his sons, Barry Williams, Mark Williams (Coleena) and Tyler Williams; his brother Charles Williams (Michelle); his grandchildren, Ben Williams, Jessica Kelley, Jason Williams, Justin Williams, Nicholas Williams, Tanner Williams and Jessie Bee; and his great grandchildren, Cohan Williams, Benny Williams, Kaylie Williams, Blake Lewallen, Ashley Lawton, River Williams and Hayden Wikle.
