He is survived by: his father Gary Nichols; his brother Matthew Dustin; and his sister-in-law Jennifer Nichols.

A graveside service was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at the Poplar Springs Baptist Church Cemetery (67 Poplar Springs Church Rd, Lavonia, GA 30553).
