He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Henry Terrell and Lillie Terrell; his wife Johnnie; his children, Patricia Jane, Steve Terrell and Sheila Sharp (Brant Sharp); his grandchildren, Jennifer Whatley (Evan Whatley) and Clayton Sharp; and also Debbie Loudermilk.
