He is survived by: his wife Kaye Certain Humphrey; his children, Joy (Josh Holcomb), Jodi (Tyler Davison) and Chad; his daughter-in-law Miki Humphrey; his grandchildren, Seth Holcomb, Luke Holcomb, Averi Davison, Layla Humphrey, Rhett Davison, Calla Humphrey, Zeke Davison, Grayson, Sydney York, Olivia York and Sarah York; his brother Joe; his sisters-in-law, Merita Humphrey and Sue Humphrey; and his cousin Wayne Chitwood.
