He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, J. N. Quarterman and Allie Barton Quarterman; his wife Ilene Quarterman of Martin, GA; his son Clay Quarterman (Mary Quarterman) of Roswell, GA; his grandchildren, Kelly Quarterman of Chattanooga and Josh Quarterman (Katie); his great grandchild Caleb Quarterman of Boston, MA; his sister Janelle LeHane; his former wife Jayne Graves Quarterman; and his children, Susan Quarterman and James C. Quarterman, Jr. (Jakie).
