He was predeceased by: his parent Charlie Lee; and his siblings, Tommy Sanders, Georgia Burgess, Mary John Farmer, Helen Ramsey and Fred Holcomb.
He is survived by: his parent Trudy Outz Holcomb; his wife Laverne Sapp Holcomb; his children, Jeffrey Brian, Melissa Holcomb, Christopher Lee Holcomb and Jacquie Regina Holcomb (Richard Scott Kindel); his grandchildren, David Lee Holcomb, Cheyenne Bree Kindel, Corey Austin Kindel, Andrew Dillon Holcomb, Ethan Lane Holcomb and Brendan Chase Holcomb; his great grandchild Carson David Holcomb; and his sister JoAnn Slocum.
